All viewmyair products come with a hassle-free warranty. This includes the repair or replacement and ongoing support of your products. Additionally, you can register for a viewmyair account. Here you can access personalized guide, view your air, see your registered products, and track the length left on your guarantee and more. 




What's covered



viewmyair products are engineered for continual high performance. If one of our products is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.


Parts

Includes select parts for the same length of time as your IAQ 1.0

Repair

Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange to collect your monitor from you free of charge.

Repair

All of our repairs use genuine viewmyair parts. If we can’t repair your product, we’ll replace it for you.

Transfer

If you want to upgrade your IAQ monitor, you can transfer your existing product and guarantee to someone else.


What's not covered?

There are, however, some circumstances in which a viewmyair product warranty doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a product. These aren't hidden in the small print. 

  • What's not covered?

    • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, filters etc.).

    • Accidental damage

    • Damage because of use not in accordance with the rating plate. 

    • Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended maintenance.

    • Removal of blockages. If your IAQ  1.0 becomes blocked, please refer to the Product Operational Manual for details of how to unblock it.

    • Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages, or power surges, and extreme environments. 

    • Failures caused by circumstances outside of viewmyair’s control.


    Faults caused by:


    • Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine;

    • Use of the product which is not in accordance with the viewmyair Operating Manual;

    • Use of a viewmyair product for anything other than normal use purposes in the country in which it was purchased.

    • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than viewmyair or its authorised agents.


  • Warranty terms and conditions

    The terms and conditions of a viewmyair warranty are as follows:


    • The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).

    • You must provide proof of delivery / purchase before any work can be carried out on your product under the warranty. Please note that without this proof any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your purchase receipt or delivery note.

    • All work will be carried out by viewmyair or its authorised agents.

    • Any parts which are replaced will become the property of viewmyair.

    • The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.

    • The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


    Are viewmyair warranties transferable?


    Viewmyair warranties are transferable with the product, provided the original proof of purchase is supplied, together with evidence of any change of ownership of the product, confirming that the product was in good working order when the change of ownership took place.
