Delivery information.
When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. There are some postcodes where we cannot guarantee these timescales – see 'Exceptions to typical delivery timecales' for more information.
Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. If you've ordered an item that won't be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Sometimes, items may be delivered outside the published timed windows. If
no-one is in when the courier calls, they'll leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next. You'll be responsible for paying any costs incurred for re-delivery.

Delivery timescales and charges
Next-day scheduled delivery may not be available during peak times. Instead, you can choose the next available slot. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Christmas delivery
- Order before 8pm on 22nd December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
- Orders placed from 23rd December will be delivered from 29th to 30th December.
- Any orders placed after 8pm on 30th December will be delivered from 4th January.
For orders before 8pm seven days a week, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for next working day delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye).
Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed on Thursday and/or Friday (except scheduled weekend delivery) will be delivered on Monday. We'll delay dispatch if you've requested delivery for a later date or time.
Returns
- If your product is faulty and needs returning, call us on 020 3835 1111
If you've changed your mind about an order, you can cancel within 5 working days of receiving your machine(s). To cancel your order:

We'll then arrange to collect your unwanted machines, free.
Recycling:
- If we've already collected an old machine you've asked us to recycle, we can't return it.
Bundles:
- Products bought as part of a bundle can be returned individually.
- If you don't return everything included in the bundle, your refund will exclude the value of any items you're keeping.
- These values are based on the item's individual price at the time you placed your order.
